Our apologizes to everyone for the state of the website. There were some personal issues that had to be addressed. We are back on the site and will be working to clean it up and update it with meet information and results as quickly as possible.
Dear Coaches & Judges,
Below are clarifications/corrections resulting from Region 5 Mini-Congress. Please make these changes on your materials.
1. On Bars
a. The JO angle deductions will NOT be used for casting at any level (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).
b. At the Bronze Level any leg position on a “cast, sole circle dismount” will count as 1 “A” element. Gymnast may tuck, straddle, or pike legs.
2. Vault - A Bronze level gymnast may perform a Level 4 Handstand Vault and a Handspring Vault.
3. In Indiana, a two judge panel will be used for all Designated Local meets to judge Prep Optional gymnasts. A minimum Level 7/8 rating is required. This was announced at the State Planning meeting but was omitted from the Indiana Rules posted at the Region 5 PO website.
If you have further Prep Opt questions, please e mail Nancy Gibson @ judgen1@aol.com.
Thank you,
Nancy Gibson – Indiana Rep. for Region 5 Prep Optionals
We have been getting lots of questions about the score history. I am pleased that it is a popular page. We had no idea that the page was that popular. The history pages are a separate system and not quite ready for publication yet. It will be making an appearance soon. We are tying to “clean” all the data for the best results. We anticipate it being available within the next week or so. We will be sure to announce here when it is available.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
The meet invitations on the front page was getting long and difficult to maintain. You will see on the right under Categories a selection called Meet Information, then broken down by month. All the meet information will now be found there under the month in which it occurs.
Dear Pro-Members and Parents
Thank you for visiting the Indiana USAG website. The goal of this site is to make information available to the Indiana gymnastics community and its professional members. Above are links to other sites that you should visit often. The Pro-Members area will have information pertaining to Indiana USAG.
